Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Orders Over $75

Free shipping is offered on orders of $75 or more in merchandise value after discounts are applied. Taxes and shipping fees do not count toward the $75 minimum. This offer applies exclusively to standard domestic economy shipping within the United States and is NOT available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. military bases.

Note: Free shipping applies exclusively to domestic economy shipping within the U.S. and does not cover international destinations, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Restricted Items

Certain items, such as aerosols, cannot be shipped to California. These products, including aerosols, cannot be shipped via air and will only be shipped via ground delivery within the lower 47 U.S. states. All aerosol shipments are restricted to the United States.

Swift Shipping Process

Orders typically take 2-4 business days to process. Once processed, packages will be shipped through USPS or UPS. Please be aware that shipping times commence only after the order has been processed. Keep in mind processing times, weekends, and federally recognized holidays when placing your order.

Additional Benefits: Free insurance and delivery confirmation are provided for every shipment. Standard delivery times for U.S. orders range from 3-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping service.

Important: Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays by the carrier. Hair 2 Life is not liable for delays caused by the courier and cannot issue full or partial refunds due to courier-related delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check your address before completing your order. Hair 2 Life is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you realize there is an error, please email us at info@hair2life.com with the correct address before your shipping label is created. Once the label is generated, we cannot alter the address or take responsibility for any related delivery issues.

Returned to Sender Policy

If a package is returned to Hair 2 Life due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if delivery was attempted while the customer was unavailable, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping as well as any additional delivery charges. Hair 2 Life is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping details.

Note: No refunds will be issued for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
