Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all seals, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or opened products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Final sale or clearance items.
How to Initiate a Return

- Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation or photos (if applicable).
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
